Real Estate ?Flip? Could Be Great For Both ? Customers & The Sellers!

A lot of investors who bought new condos inside Toronto, Ontario, from your builder and signed arrangements prior to December 31, 2007 are now ready to cash out.
Rather than shutting the deal with the builder, some of the original customers would be willing to determine their agreements regarding purchase and purchase to the new buyer. Thus purchasing a ?FLIP? is good for both purchaser and the seller. Buyer gets the benefit of taking more than a very favourable purchase contract and the seller helps you to save money as he doesn?t need to close the deal using the builder.
