Associate VPs and Directors Newly Appointed to Healthtech?s Management Team

Associate Vice Presidents (AVP) In this new position, Elizabeth and Karen will be significant contributors to strategic business planning and business development management.? Leading teams and partnering with colleagues, each will recommend strategies, plans, and budgets to the vice presidents for the effective management of the business. Each AVP will be responsible for developing new business growth opportunities, leading various client delivery, overseeing staff management activities, and optimizing our current methodologies and service delivery.
Elizabeth Nemeth Elizabeth is a Registered Nurse who brings 25 years of health sector experience to each client project. With a focus in clinical practice, change management, electronic documentation, and adoption, she is a proven team leader who possesses significant healthcare expertise and strong project management skills. Elizabeth has the ability to facilitate strategic and productive dialogue at all stakeholder levels.		Karen Waite Karen is a leader in privacy, information security, and telehealth. With a keen understanding of the industry, a nursing background, and 25 years of experience in healthcare, she delivers practical, proven, and sustainable solutions to our clients. Karen is a dynamic collaborator and team builder, with a demonstrated ability to deliver solutions in complex multi-stakeholder environments. ?
Directors In this position, each Healthtech director will lead consulting teams and collaborate with colleagues to recommend plans and strategies to the AVPs for effective and efficient management of the business. Accountable for supporting the AVP / VP in business development growth initiatives and the overall optimization of Healthtech?s service delivery and leading various client delivery and team management activities.
? Karen Fitzpatrick Karen has over 15 years of experience supporting organizational leaders and teams in all aspects of change management. Karen?s ability to take the concept of change management and turn it into practical and actionable steps for organizations to follow ensures that her clients? clinical implementations become clinical transformations.	Debbi Ragogna Debbi has over 10 years of human resources experience including six years working as a senior member of a planning and recruitment team specializing in the healthcare sector. Debbi has made significant contributions to the development and support of Healthtech?s complete human resources cycle and continues to make great strides.		?Janet Roberts Janet is a Registered Nurse who brings over 30 years of healthcare experience to each client project.
